![]() This is me. |
I’m a 29-year-old freelance writer out of San Diego. I graduated from UCSD in 2004 from their Writing major.
With 9 years and counting of IT experience working at the La Jolla Institute for Allergy & Immunology (LIAI), a non-profit biotech, I’ve got loads of experience in both technical content (across both the IT and biotech industries) as well as PR materials, as I’ve helped create the public presence for LIAI, spearheading both their website efforts and their annual report production. As head of the LIAI help desk, I’m keen on deadlines, an expert at multitasking, and very accustomed to researching and implementing all manner of solutions, and as a result have become more than adept at navigating the web for the hip, the helpful and the funky. I’ve been a life-long gamer, a path that has taught me the most critical aspect of what’s important in creating game content: what the gamer wants. I relish the opportunity to add to a community that I’ve so long been a part of. My interests are as varied as my writing. Chances are, if you need it done, I can get you there. I’ve managed content production, assisted in world building, play-tested and proofread and even assisted in sound effect selection and creation. |
